All items must be picked up during the allotted time listed in the sale. (Oct 25th - 27th) Businesses wishing to use a Tax Number must provide a copy of their tax exempt status PRIOR to purchase otherwise all applicable taxes will be added.

Home must be vacated. Items not picked up during the scheduled time may be forfeited with no refund. If you need to make other arrangements for pickup call 210-685-4323

The building is NOT suitable for Walkers, Wheelchairs or Strollers. Watch your step. NOT RESPONSIBLE for injuries

CHILDREN ARE DISCOURAGED FROM ATTENDING SALE Too many distractions and tight spaces. Children must be under constant supervision as there toys and breakable objects everywhere.
All items must be picked up during the allotted time listed in the sale. Businesses wishing to use a Tax Number must present a copy of their tax form PRIOR to beginning transaction otherwise all applicable taxes will be added.
Items purchased must be removed from the property by close of business on the scheduled pickup date.

BRING OWN PACKING MATERIALS / BOXES and help for moving large or heavy items. We are unable supply packing or help with moving items.

Nice single story home in the country but NOT ADA COMPLIANT. Wheelchairs / Walkers / Strollers etc. NOT ALLOWED due to narrow inside passages. NO LARGE BAGS, CARTS OR BACKPACKS ALLOWED. House is packed with smalls and mid-century furniture. There is also an out building full of furniture and books. Owner was a collector of MICKEY MOUSE items, COCA-Cola items, HUMMEL PLATES and other collectibles.
