Items are in good working condition to the best of our knowledge. Most items are in excellent condition, lovingly cared for by the family. Smoke free home. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Buyer accepts items in "as is" condition. We reserve the right to refuse sale/service.
Bring packing materials such as newspapers and boxes to carry your items out. Some supplies will be available onsite. For large items, please bring assistance (trailers and people) for moving/hauling.
This is a private family estate. Family reserves the right to remove any item for sale prior to the sale dates.
Onsite security and surveillance will be in effect during the sale. The grounds and structures are monitored by a security system as well.
