Bidding is now open! and ends at MONDAY 05/11/20, 6:00pm. We accept payment through PayPal (no account necessary). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. All items must be paid for and payment must clear PayPal by TUESDAY 05/12/20 BY 12:00PM CST. Payment using debit/credit card over the phone is also acceptable. We will do our best to respond quickly to inquiries, but cannot guarantee response time of less than 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to better protect our customers, clients and staff, we are implementing a temporary suspension on all previews until further notice. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

1. Invoices will be sent out once the sale has completely closed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice.

2. Login to your CTBids Account: Invoices>Purchases>Check out button> Choose Paypal or select the option below the PayPal login to use a debit or credit card.

3. Payments must be made no later than noon on TUESDAY 05/12/20 BY 12:00PM CST . You can pay with a major credit card or PayPal. Caring Transitions reserves the right to re-sell items that are not paid for by noon the day before pick-up.

COVID-19 RESPONSE/PROTOCOL:

It is our priority to protect both our buyers and our staff. We will offer curbside pickup under most circumstances if the items you purchased allow. No more than 6 clients (and 2 staff members) will be allowed in the house at one time. There will be no exceptions to this.

Please remember to wash your hands before arriving, sanitize before checking in and maintain a safe distance of 6 ft. from other attendees and staff members.

All buyers picking up from the home must schedule a pick up appointment via Sign Up Genius.

WE ARE OFFERING DELIVERY. We highly recommend delivery for any furniture purchases. If we are able to identify a way in which to lower costs, we will be happy to pass those along to you:

$75 for first item within 10 miles from location of sale (75220).

$20 for each additional lot, not to exceed $115.

$110 for first item within 10-20 miles from location of sale (75220). $20 for each additional lot purchased, not to exceed $150.

If you live further than 20 miles from 75220, please call for a quote.

Local Pick Up in DALLAS TX. Pickup will take place on THURSDAY 05/14 @ 1:PM TO 6:00P. There will be no alternative pick up times. Please Note: We are not able to accommodate early, late or alternative days for pick up. Items not picked up during the scheduled pick up hours may result in those items being forfeited by the winning bidder. Once you pay, please e-mail Rnorris@caringtransitions.com with the approximate time you plan to pick up your item(s). Thank you!

Please bring tools, boxes, packing materials and whatever help you need to disassemble and load. We are unable to help pack or load items due to liability concerns.

Out of Town Buyers: Once you pay, please email Rnorris@caringtransitions.com confirming that you want your item shipped. Please also confirm your shipping address and phone number.
