PRICING & DISCOUNTS. Items are priced at full market value on day one. Discounts apply as follows: 25% off on day two; 50% off on day three (unless otherwise marked). Prices are firm until discount days begin.
NO HOLDS / NO PRE-SALES. We do not offer pre-sales, price holds, or shopping by appointment. All sales are first come, first served.
BUYER RESPONSIBILITY. Buyers are responsible for transporting all purchased items. We do not provide moving, loading, or delivery services. Please bring adequate help, packing materials, and a suitable vehicle for large or heavy items. Items left beyond the posted removal deadline will be considered abandoned.
CHILDREN. All children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running, climbing on furniture, or touching displayed items.
PROPERTY ACCESS. Enter at your own risk. Armstrong Estate Services and the property owner are not liable for any injury, accident, or loss occurring on the premises. By entering, you assume all risk of personal injury and property damage.
