Sign up sheet will be out every evening for the following day. The first 10 people will be able to enter. After that there will be a line. 10 playing cards will be in a basket. When one comes out grab a card and enter. When you exit, please discard the playing card back in the basket for the next person.

ALL Salt and Pepper shakers gave been sold.

The Cars, Trains and Busses WILL be 50%.

WE are ALL wearing masks to keep everyone healthy.

WE ACCEPT CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT cards but NO CHECKS!!!!

All sales are final. No refunds and no returns.
We do not make any warranty's or guarantee's on any item. ALL items are sold in "AS IN", "WHERE IS" condition.
Please bring help to load up any furniture you plan on purchasing. IF you cannot pick it up when you pay for it. You will need to make arrangements to do so before the end of the sale.
IF you are going to be purchasing fragile items, please bring boxes. We will supply paper but cannot promise that there will be any boxes available.
We and the homeowner are NOT responsible for any accidents while you are on the sale property.
