Part One, 4 day sale. Thurs, July 4 thru 7, 10-4 all 4 days. Part Two will be July 18-21. Sign up sheet for Part 1 will be by phone or text. Please call or text Nanette @ 210-379-1004 and give the first and last name/names of those in your party who wish to attend. You MUST give first and last names due to common names such as Mary, John, Bob, Susan, etc... You must sign up either for the "House" or "Antique Shop" as we will run both at the same time as they are next door to one another. A lot of the content of antique store was moved to the house as the shop was so full. Therefore both are full of antiques. See more details below in sale description. We accept cash or a personal check with a driver's license up to $200. NO debit or credit cards accepted. All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Please be prepared to load your own furniture and heavy items. No shopping bags allowed in sale. Note: Some items in pictures may not be available during sale days.

This is a HUGE estate sale including a full antique store that has been closed for several years, a house next door and a barn and grounds behind the house and store. The store was so full that we had to move a lot of the content into the house in order to properly display. Please see all pictures below. I HAVE ADDED MORE PICTURES. PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRICES HAVE BEEN REDUCED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL RETAIL PRICES TO A REASONABLE WHOLESALE PRICE IN ORDER TO LIQUIDATE THE CONTENT. Content of both include EVERYTHING vintage and old that you can imagine. The first group of photos are from the store and the second group are from the house. Pictures of the barn area are going to be posted in a few days. We will be running this as 2 separate sales with 2 different sign up sheets. You must decide which building you want to go in first and on which day ( house or antique store). We will have sign up sheets for all 4 days. Only signing up for Part 1 now (July 4-7). Once you leave the building you were signed up to go into, you will have to get in line again and go into the other building on that same day. Or you may sign up for one building one day and another a different day.
