Prices and information on any items are NOT disclosed prior to the sale and we do not discuss prices during the sale. You may temporarily leave your large purchased items, however, they will need to be picked up no later than 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 13, 2024. Bring your own assistance and tools for your large purchased items. All items are sold as is, opening new sealed items is prohibited. Children will need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS. Property owner and Epoca Estate Sales are not responsible for any accidents. All valuable items are removed daily and brought back the following day of the sale. There are no public restrooms available.
