* If you are unable to make this event in person, we do accept orders by phone anytime after 8am on the 1st day. We will then text a receipt that you will need to show text to pick up your items by the end of day, unless, otherwise agreed upon. * Please be aware of uneven ground outside, sidewalks, etc. Walk around at your own risk. Ask for assistance when needed. Watch your Step at Entry, Sidewalk, steps throughout the estate. There are narrow hallways.

* Please be courteous to others when parking. Do not block driveways. Do not park in the estate driveway.
* Items must be taken with you unless arrangements have been made for pick up by end of sales event! (Any items left at this estate, will be donated)

* No Large or Over-Sized Purses, Bags, Backpacks allowed.
* No pets allowed.
