Prices are not disclosed prior to the sale; however, I am happy to answer questions regarding measurements, condition, etc. as time allows. Children are admitted with CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION; however, thieves and ill-tempered people are not!

This is an estate sale. Many hours have been spent preparing the items and the house for a sale. Screaming for a discount and complaining about prices as you walk in the door will probably not get you what you want.

This is a huge property with a detached guest house.  Be prepared to do a lot of walking.  There are outdoor steps and one staircase in the guest house.
