PARKING INSTRUCTIONS - VERY IMPORTANT:

THIS IS A PRIVATE GATED PROPERTY WHERE THE SALE IS LOCATED. WE WILL OPEN THE GATE AT 9:30AM AND BEGIN ALLOWING CARS IN AT THAT TIME. THE SALE DOES NOT OPEN UNTIL 10:00AM SO YOU WILL NEED TO LINE UP AT THE FRONT DOOR. (DO NOT WALK THE PROPERTY OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.) ENTRY THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR WILL BE THE ONLY ENTRY INTO THE HOME. WE DO HAVE PARKING BEHIND THE HOME, HOWEVER, IT IS LIMITED. WE WILL HAVE SOMEONE TO INSTRUCT YOU WHERE TO PARK. PLEASE BE PATIENT AND WE WILL GET EVERYONE PARKED. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ON THE PARKING BEHIND THE HOUSE. ONCE THE BACK AREA IS FULL, YOU WILL NEED TO START PARKING ON JOHN MCCAIN, WHICH IS ALSO LIMITED.
