Welcome to Lavender & Sage Estate Sales! This sale is phenomenal! Originally an interior designer project with a budget of $100,000 for the design. The home has been barely lived in; used primarily as a second homebase. The furniture is barely used almost everything is just like new. This is truly a treasure sale.

We will accept private and semi private sale appointments this coming Wednesday please text or call to make your appointment reservation.

All purchased items MUST be removed by the buyer.

Bring help to load large items as we do not load items for you.
All Sales are Final. Items will be sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantees implied. No refunds or exchanges.
No large purses or bags.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, credit & debit with matching valid I.D. Credit and Debit purchases will be subjected to a convenience charge.
Buyer must bring help to load large items. All items must be picked up before closing on the last day of the sale.

Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. No unattended children as there are a LOT of items in this sale, less space for children to move around.
You break it, you buy it.

Please do not block driveways or mailboxes, or park in the Estate Driveway. The driveway is designated for large item pick ups only, after purchase is final.
Please no food or drinks in the estate.
