DAMAGE - accidental or otherwise, if you break it you buy it.
Limited entry - Although not always the case, some sales are in smaller homes and may require limiting the number of customers through at once. These sales have staggered entry so your patience is appreciated.
Ladies please no large purses or bags, you may be asked to leave this in the car. Bring your own boxes for packing.
Muscles - it is necessary to bring your help for removing & loading large items!
No Checks unless previously authorized ahead of time. Must show ID with
credit cards and checks.
All credit cards will be charged an additional 3% fee for using a credit card.
Absolutely NO Early Birds
While we advertise we have certain items sometimes the family may choose to keep that item from the sale. This is out of our control and we do appologize to you in advance if you come for a certain item and the family pulls it.

THIS HOUSE IS SMALL BUT HAS A LOT OF PUNCH! THERE IS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE!
THIS HOUSE IS SMALL AND WE WILL HAVE TO LIMITED HOW MANY PEOPLE ENTER AT A TIME.
We have furniture. We have a great selection of records. There is art, tons of kitchen stuff. This is a great house with many basics. Lots of novelty items.
We have a LIGHTHOUSE COLLECTION - cast iron, ceramic, pottery, acrylic, and plastic free standing, oil paintings, & Thomas Kincaid Giclee of a lighthouse! There are cross stitch Lighthouses, Hallmark plaques with poems and lighthouse. If you like lighthouses to go to your beach house, come early, the nice ones will go fast.
We have Sound & Fathom maps of the Caribbean from the '70's. There are so many possibilities for the use of these nice maps.
