Only those 13 years and older can enter a sale While we love children, an estate sale is not the place for them.
DAMAGE - accidental or otherwise, if you break it you buy it.
Limited entry - Due to the social distancing guidelines set up by the CDC, we will be limiting the number of people in the house at one time. This sale has staggered entry so your patience is appreciated.
Ladies please no large purses or bags, you may be asked to leave this in the car. Bring your own boxes for packing.
Muscles - it is necessary to bring your help for removing & loading large items!
No Checks unless previously authorized ahead of time. Must show ID with
credit cards and checks.
All credit cards will be charged an additional 3% fee for using a credit card.
Absolutely NO Early Birds
While we advertise we have certain items sometimes the family may choose to keep that item from the sale. This is out of our control and we do apologize to you in advance if you come for a certain item and the family pulls it.

We ask you to follow these rules when entering our sale, to keep our staff and you safe.
Masks are strictly required, Gloves are strongly encouraged. Alta Luna Estate Sales will not be suppling mask, please bring your own. If you feel ill please stay home. You can make a purchase online or over the phone and do drive by pick up.
