All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted except where required by law.
2. Condition and Descriptions
Descriptions, grades, opinions, and photographs are provided as a courtesy and represent our best efforts to identify and describe each item. Bidder is solely responsible for determining the condition, authenticity, value, and suitability of any lot prior to bidding.
3. Authenticity
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the lot description, Crown Collectibles & Grading makes no independent guarantee of authenticity, grading outcome, future value, or investment potential.
4. Buyer's Premium
A 23% Buyer's Premium will be added to the final hammer price of each lot.
5. Payment
All purchases are subject to LiveAuctioneers' payment policies, including automatic payment processing. Failure to remit payment may result in cancellation of the sale, account restrictions, and reporting to LiveAuctioneers.
6. Shipping
Buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, and handling charges. A $4.00 handling fee per invoice will be added to shipping costs.
7. Advertising and Catalog Errors
Crown Collectibles & Grading reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or lot descriptions and may withdraw any lot prior to the close of bidding.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Crown Collectibles & Grading be liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in this auction or the purchase of any lot.
9. Bid Responsibly

560 lots crossing Pokemon singles, Marvel and DC comics, graded sports slabs and Dragon Ball Super Fusion World, with nearly everything opening at $1. 111 graded and slabbed lots anchor the sale, and the top of the board leans Dragon Ball: a 2025 Piccolo Fusion World #43 at Crown Gem 10, a 2024 Son Goku Ultra Limit #11 Crown 10, and a 2025 Son Goku: Childhood #53 Crown 10. Pokemon runs 174 singles plus 27 multi-card lots and 14 slabs, including Zekrom 060/185 from Sword & Shield, a 2016 XY Black Star Promos Umbreon XY96, Boss's Orders (Cyrus) 132/172, Cynthia's Ambition 178 Brilliant Stars Crown 10 and Metal Energy 237 Evolving Skies secret rare Crown 10.
