Terms & Conditions of Sale
By registering and bidding in this auction you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into a binding agreement to purchase any lot on which you are the winning bidder.
1. All Sales Final. Every lot is sold as is, where is. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks are accepted except where required by law.
2. Not As Described. If a lot you receive is materially different from its listing (for example, the wrong card or the wrong serial number), report it through LiveAuctioneers within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
3. Condition. Every lot is photographed individually and what you see in the photos is what ships, including bulk lots. Condition notes on raw cards are our honest opinion and are not a grade. Graded cards are sold as encapsulated and the grade on the label is final.
4. Authenticity. Crown Collectibles makes no guarantee of authenticity, grading outcome, future value, or investment potential unless the lot description says otherwise.
5. Buyer's Premium. A tiered Buyer's Premium is added to the hammer price of each lot: 20% under $5, 15% from $5 to $19.99, and 10% at $20 and up.
6. Payment. All purchases are subject to LiveAuctioneers payment policies, including automatic charging of the card on file. See our Payment and Unpaid Items policies.
7. Shipping. The buyer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, duties, taxes, and the $4.00 per-invoice handling fee. Domestic orders ship through LiveShipping only. See our Shipping and International Buyers policies.
8. Catalog Errors. Crown Collectibles may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any listing and may withdraw any lot before bidding closes.
9. Limitation of Liability. Crown Collectibles is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from this auction or the purchase of any lot.
10. Bid Responsibly. All bids are binding. Bids may not be retracted except as permitted by LiveAuctioneers.
By participating in this auction you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Crown Collectibles & Grading
Description & Details
422 lots across Pokemon, Marvel and DC comics, graded sports, Magic: The Gathering and more, with nearly every lot opening at $1. The graded run is 38 lots deep, mostly Crown Grading slabs in the 8.0 to 10 range. Highlights include a five-slab Crown graded Magic: The Gathering Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle Earth lot, several five-slab Panini football lots, a Nolan Ryan Pacific slab lot, Crown graded Disney Topps slab lots, and Yu-Gi-Oh slabs from Battles of Legend: Monster Mayhem and Structure Deck: Blue-Eyes White Destiny. Singles worth a look are the 2022 Jessica Jones Upper Deck Marvel Masterpieces Epic Purple Foil numbered 002/199 at Crown 9.00, a 2022 Luke Cage Marvel Masterpieces variant cover 327/399 at Crown 8.00, the 2023 Frodo Baggins LOTR Showcase #320 at Crown 9.00, a 2026 TMNT borderless mythic rare at Crown 9.50, and 2026 Upper Deck Space Jam cards of Sylvester & Tweety and Porky Pig in Crown 9. Pokemon is the largest category at roughly 140 lots, split between raw singles, bulk and binder lots, and graded slabs, including a Japanese Card 151 Charmander and Charmeleon pair at Crown 10 and 9.5. Comics run about 85 lots of Marvel, DC and independent titles with material dating back to the 1960s. Rounding things out are Star Wars Unlimited, Digimon including the 2023 P-204 tournament winner promo, Dragon Ball, Magic's Marvel's Spider-Man set, and a Loungefly Marvel Loki pencil case. Total estimated retail across the sale is around $3,483, with top lots listed in the $50 to $88 range and the great majority of the catalog sitting well under that. With $1 openings throughout, this is a practical sale for set builders filling Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh gaps, PC collectors chasing numbered Marvel Masterpieces parallels, resellers buying slab lots by the handful, and anyone placing a first bid. Browse the full 422-lot catalog and get your bids in before the November 1 close.
