- We accept Apple Pay, cash, debit, and credit cards.
-All items sold as-is. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
-Sales tax will be collected. (If you are tax-exempt, please bring a copy of your tax-exempt form to leave with us per state guidelines.)
-We use a number system instead of a sign-up sheet. The numbers go out one hour before we open each day. Everyone in your party must pull a number.
-PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ITEMS MAY BE REMOVED BY THE FAMILY BEFORE THE SALE.
-Bring help to load large items--We request that large item pick up be completed AFTER closing each day or no later than the last afternoon of the sale between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. Items not picked up by 4:00 pm on the last day will be donated to charity.
-We are not responsible for accidents or injuries, nor lost or stolen items.
-Please do not block driveways and mailboxes when parking!
