*** CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED on purchases of $100 or more, however we have very limited cell service at this particular Property, so be prepared to pay with cash if we can't run a card.
*** YOU MUST BRING OR ARRANGE FOR YOUR OWN LOADING HELP ON ALL ITEMS!
***ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD "AS IS/ WHERE IS", so please inspect everything carefully before paying.
***No Refunds or exchanges
***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY WHILE YOU ARE VISITING THIS ESTATE SALE
***We are required to collect Sales Tax. Resellers, please bring us your PRE Filled out Tax Exemption form. We don't always have Your file at any given Estate (depending on how many sales we have that week), so always be prepared to bring us a new copy if You would like to use Your Tax Exemption.
***No Children at this sale please
***Security Cameras are in use at all times during the week of the sale.
***All Valuables are removed from the Property each evening.
***No Personal Shopping Bags or large Purses allowed
You must use one of OUR tags (with your name on it) to tag larger items that you can not carry to your holding area. IF YOU TAG IT, PULL A PRICE TAG, OR PUT IT ON THE HOLDING TABLE..... YOU BUY IT !!!!
It is not fair to the other customers or the Homeowner if somebody comes through and tags MANY items, then waits and "decides" which ones they are actually going to buy later. Others may have left thinking it was sold, and we could lose the sale for our Sweet Homeowner.
***Please bring own BOXES / BAGS / and WRAPPING, as we are always running low
***Due to out vast number of Upcoming Sales, and tight timeline, we are unable to answer pricing and availability questions before the sale except on large ticket items (Vehicles, etc...)
***As much as we hate to, at certain Estates, we may have to limit the number of people inside at once, to start anyway. This is usually due to tight quarters, limited walking/checkout area space, and for YOUR protection, as well as the Homeowners belongings.
***J&S Estate Sales does not own a resale shop, booth, consignment store (or other), so all items are sold on the Estate's premises during posted sale hours only. We do not remove any items for outside sales.

**** IMPORTANT BOY SCOUT ITEM INFO ******
Per Homeowner request (in lieu of being donated to The Boy Scout Museum), ALL THE BOY SCOUT ITEMS (from 1915 - 1960's including sashes, pins, patches, sleeping bag, etc....) will be SOLD AS ONE LOT by way of taking sealed bids throughout our 3 day sale (Thursday - Saturday)
We will notify the highest bidder at NOON on Saturday, (and if it happend to be YOU, and you are unable to come back Saturday, we will be glad to ship to You :)
***If you are an "early bird" please feel free to stop by and grab a number off the front porch (which Security will put out at 7am), then you can go enjoy coffee, breakfast, etc.... then come back when we open at 10am.
***We ARE close to a SCHOOL ZONE so please obey all signs and speed limits, as school is back in session and the police ARE patrolling very closely to keep all the kiddos safe.
