WOW is the word for this sale!!! This estate hails from a ranch up on the Red River. All items had to be removed due to location and we are very pleased to present them to you.

NOTE: So there are no surprises, we have a few rules we have arranged with our clients. These are for the protection of our client and our business.

 No children allowed under the age of 16.

SECURITY always at our sales

No outside bags allowed in. Leave them and your purses in your vehicle.

Sorry, we can't help you load. Please bring your own Hercules.

Bring your own resale form. We do not provide them.

Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra. We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too.

This is a very tight sale for space. Please know, we are limiting the number of people in to 20 at a time. We will have  a sign up sheet on the warehouse door at 1pm for you to leave your name to secure a spot. If you are not at the door when we open at 4pm, you will have to wait if there is a line. Thank you for understanding.

>We are not responsible for any accidents.
> 8.25% sales tax assessed unless you provide your tax exempt information. Please bring your tax exempt forms/resell forms with you. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RESELL FORMS.
>ALL SALES FINAL-No refunds, returns or exchanges. Electricity available.
> We do NOT help load or haul items. 
>No CHECKS , 
>CASH and CREDIT CARD ONLY AT THIS SALE. 4% Courtesy fee for credit and debit card, minimum $10 per transaction.
