Our clients have moved from their large, exclusive home to a much smaller apartment. The sheer amount of items in our warehouse produced 2 sales. This is phase 2!

NOTE: So there are no surprises, we have a few rules we have arranged with our clients. These are for the protection of our client and our business.

 No children allowed under the age of 16 (We love all ages, however the risk of injury is great when children attend).

SECURITY always at our sales.

No outside bags allowed in. Leave them and your purses in your vehicle.

Sorry, we can't help you load. Please bring your own Hercules.

Bring your own resale form. We do not provide them.

Packing is always limited, be prepared and bring some extra. We always appreciate your left over bags and packing materials too.

This is a very tight sale for space. Please know, we are limiting the number of people in to 10-15 at a time. Thank you for understanding.

No Mean people allowed.  

Not that anyone one would, but stealing or changing tags will result in punishment.

We will place a sign up sheet at noon, outside the door for you to save a place in line. Please be back 10 minutes before 3pm, opening day to secure your space.

> 8.25% sales tax assessed unless you provide your tax exempt information. Please bring your tax exempt forms/resell forms with you. WE DO NOT PROVIDE RESELL FORMS.
