Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $15 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $20), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!. However I am happy to provide movers phone numbers for you.

Some history about the family:
Hans Albert Suter was born in Brazil in 1920. His early interst in chemistry resulted in his working uner a famed Austrian Jewish chemist and later Hans continued his education at Louisian State University. He wed Patricia EvelynHowe. The couple settled in Corpus Christi in 1954 for Hans to work for Celanese in Clarkwood. in 1964 he began a career in environmental Protection while continuing to teach chemistry and Del Mar College.Suter was very active in conservation issues and became president or member of every major local and statewide conservation organization. He passed away in 1984 and in 1987 The City of Corpus Christi recognized his contributions to environmental conservation by renaming South Guth Park as the Hans A Suter Wildlife Refuge. The Suter park has come to be known as a world class bird viewing area. His wife Patricia was born in 1926 and graduated from LSU Lab school at the age of 15. She then attended the University of Oregon and accumulated sufficient college degrees i four years to graduate in multiple majors and selected chemistry as her area of specialization due to the fact that at 19 she was deemed to young to enter Medical School.She was later an active partner with Hans in his environmental conservation efforts and received multiple awards and served on numerous advisory boards and committees The city recognized her efforts by rededicating the Hans and Pat Suter Wildlife Refuge as a loving legacy of their partnership. Pat is now residing in Hospice and Memory care.
This sale will be a representation of a lifetime of their collections. Huge collection of nature and birding books many author signed, antique books on chemistry, children’s literature, camera collection, vinyl records, drafting equipment, coin collection ( gold and silver), vintage coastal maps, jewelry, sterling silver flatware set and other sterling silver items, Hsiao-Hsia Tsai Hobbs early 1960's oil painting, this is truly a packed house! We will be posting lots of pictures as we continue organizing so keep checking back!
