Entrance will be limited to room in the house for safety and security reasons.
Cash and Credit Cards with ID. WE DO NOT LIFT OR LOAD YOUR ITEMS. Please bring help!
All items are full price on first day and negotiable on the 2nd day.
No Public Restrooms.
All items must be picked up before the sale ends on the 2nd day. Otherwise, they will be donated to charity and you WILL NOT receive a refund.
Everything is sold AS IS, we do not guarantee anything. We are not responsible for accidents. No large purses, or bags or backpacks. No strollers. Please keep children by your side, no strollers, no public restrooms.
Please do NOT call or text and ask for pricing, this take up too much time and we can't remember the price of everything! Thanks!

This sale has a great story.  

Mr. Edward Betts just turned 100 in October.  He is still getting around, he just stopped driving and he has just decided to get on a plane with 2 packed suitcases to go live with his son.  He is a joy to talk to.  He and his late wife owned a travel agency for many years, so they have some items from their adventures!   We have just had one day to get this sale ready, but we did it!  

The garage has some great wood working tools, most is Craftsman.
