Here is the part we hate to have to spell out, however it is necessary:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT OURS TO KNOW IF AN ITEM WORKS, CHECK YOUR ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS
Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $25 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $50), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.
ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise.
We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.
We check for counterfeit bills!
No over sized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
Often we sell used furniture, if it has been repaired or has surface damage remember it is being sold "AS IS". It is your responsibility to check your items prior to purchasing them.
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU PAY! IF WE HOLD AN ITEM FOR YOU AT CHECK OUT IT IS CONSIDERED SOLD.

So this will be our second sale since our revised guidelines so please continue to check back so that we can update you if any changes will be made after conducting our first sale.

Masks are required, this is non negotiable ( we will have a mask that you can purchase for a nominal fee if necessary but these are in limited supply)
If you are not feeling well then please stay home and visit us another time. We will be allowing 10 people in the house at a time and the garage will be available as well with only 5 allowed.

Something new: We will be taking a break at 11:30-12 at each sale to allow our crew to eat their lunch and also to sanitize and clean surfaces.
This house is full of great collections, lots of coca cola items, Stroh's Beer working lighted beer sign, baseball, football cards, dolls, office supplies and furniture, teaching books and vintage magazines, kitchen and garage items and all the usual estate items. We will be adding more pictures as we finish organizing.
