Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $15 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $20), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!. However I am happy to provide movers phone numbers for you.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.
ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise.
We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.

We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.

Often we sell used furniture, if it has been repaired or has surface damage remember it is being sold "AS IS". It is your responsibility to check your items prior to purchasing them.

Most of the colorful artwork you see is by artist Kaye Passmore who grew up in Corpus Christi. She taught art at the Boise State University and in Lesley University's Creative Arts in Learning National Graduate Program. Her information will be available with the purchase of her art until we run out of the print outs.
