Full House!
My sale this week is for the Hale family. Their parents Tommy & Donna Hale lived an amazing life, raising a large family and doing what they loved!
Tommy attended Ray High School before he became a well-respected sergeant in the Air Force in 1955. He later had multiple roles with the CCPD for 32 years (1960-1992) as a Sergeant, a jailer and motorcycle officer protecting the city on a 1968, Harley Davidson. He was such a kind man that he actually received the award for the most courteous police officer. Tommy loved being on the water and was a man of the sea as captain of the Corpus Christi Flagship for over 25 years. (The Flagship painting is not for sale but its too fun not to show!)
After meeting at the local roller skating rink, Tommy married the love of his life Donna McClain on April 6, 1957. They enjoyed roller skating, fishing, dancing, karaoke and more than anything, time with their large family. A true love story!
The family also owned a seafood company, and we are selling the price board for that!
Lots of collections here in this sale and you may find some little notes Donna left with some of her pieces telling of their past.
