Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $15 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $20), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!. However I am happy to provide movers phone numbers for you.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS! REMEMBER TO USE GOOD JUDGEMENT IN WALKING AROUND A HOME OR A YARD THAT YOU ARE UNFAMILIAR WITH.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.
ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise.
We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.
We check for counterfeit bills!
No over sized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
Often we sell used furniture, if it has been repaired or has surface damage remember it is being sold "AS IS". It is your responsibility to check your items prior to purchasing them.
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU PAY! IF WE HOLD AN ITEM FOR YOU AT CHECK OUT IT IS CONSIDERED SOLD.

This a a wonderful multi-faceted estate sale of a true collector.

Here is the part we want to spell out: we do NOT make any guarantees as to authenticity on sports or Civil War memorabilia. Yes, we have found quite a few COA's however, you as the buyer must discern for yourself not only authenticity but value. We do not guarantee monetary value, we price items for estate sale value only.

NO RETURNS due to buyers remorse.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL! WE WORK VERY LONG DAYS AND DO NOT HAVE TIME TO ANSWER QUESTIONS... AGAIN JUST COME TO THE SALE.

So we have some wonderful civil war history books and other collectibles ( if these offend you in any way there are other rooms to shop in.)also we have a huge LP collection, sports memorabilia and beautiful antiques, vintage clothing, vintage jewelry, vintage handbags and furniture.

The higher dollar items such as rare sports collectibles, sterling silver and jewelry are NOT on property until the morning of the sale.

Again, ALL sales are final, you must load your own purchases and most importantly plan to come and find your treasure!
