Everything will be sold as is where is with no warranty or guaranties implied. "No refund or exchanges". This sale will be Cash as well as, MC/Visa Credit Cards and Debit Cards with matching valid I.D., and a minimum purchase of $25. We are not equipped to load furniture as there are large pieces of furniture in this sale please remember to bring help when purchasing items or when you schedule pick up time. All items must be removed by 5pm on the last day of the sale with no exceptions. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. Looking forward to seeing you at the sale. YEAH!!! The A/C is up and running again. With that being said we would like to first thank everyone for your wonderful selves and coming out to the sale even in the heat and shopping with us. What a great turn out.
We still have some pieces that are remaining and so have opted to go ahead and be open today with everything that is remaining to be at the 50% Off Price.
As a reminder the house is being remodeled and so there is a dumpster out front a large blue one. The sign will be in the yard so hope to see those of you who were asking about a half price day.
