In keeping with the current situation with the Corona Virus (COVID-19) and the CDC recommendations the following will be implemented.  We will be limiting not more than 10 people at any given time within the home during the entire sale.  Please be aware that our staff will be counted within that group of 10.  We will be providing sanitizers and wiping down areas throughout the sale.  We would like to emphasize that if you are feeling even the least bit ill please refrain from coming out to the sale and follow all other procedures that have been taken by local agencies such as hospitals with asking yourself the questions in regards to your own personal health situation.

An additional service we will provide unique to this sale.  We will be prepared to take orders online on a first come first serve basis.  You can either email us, text or call and be prepared to let us know which item you are interested in and if it will be picked up or mailed.  If mailed you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs as well.  If it will be picked up a set time will be established to allow for the least disruption for all.  As always we appreciate your support and the support for the Hamalainen family of whom we are conducting this true estate sale.

This home has many great treasures.  You will not be disappointed.  This is the estate of Betty Hamalainen, a true Southern woman who was truly kind and generous.  There are many collectibles, & household items.
