This is the downsizing & liquidation estate sale of Charles & Frances Branning long-time residents of Corpus Christi.  Charles & Frances both worked and retired after years of dedicated service in the Corpus Christi area.  Charles with the Corpus Christi Caller Times and Frances with the school district and with the symphony.  Frances played for the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra, Corpus Christi Wind Symphony and was Co-Founder of the Corpus Christi Flute Club.  Charles was the Accompanist at St. Pius X Catholic Church.  An interesting tidbit about Hibriten furniture ~ the furniture on the TV Show “Green Acres” was designed by Hibriten!!  This home is filled with an assortment of general household items, books, music, and collectibles that are sure to catch your eye and ease with the shopping experience.  This will most definitely be a shopper’s delight especially if you own a small store or booths and need to restock or replenish with great collectibles.

An additional service provided unique to our sale.  We are offering this estate sale online as well.  Please refer to picture for description.  To purchase an item, please screenshot the item you are interested in purchasing and text   (361-402-0641).  We will begin selling on Friday, Aug 19^th at 9am when the sale opens online.  To be fair to all customers, we do not sell advertised items in advance of the sale opening.  You can email us at (lucysestatesales@gmail.com), through EstateSales.Net text or call (361-402-0641).   However, just note that there will be lag time if request sent by email through ESN.  Please be prepared to let us know your name, which item you are interested in purchasing and form of delivery.  If picked up we will give instructions at the time of payment.  If mailed you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.  As always we appreciate your support and the support for the Branning family for whom we are conducting this estate sale.
