Ok let's do this .....  yesterday was very nice and an easy going day with many great sales.  ..... between our client and the most grateful, patient and best customers we have been able to move forward to this the Final Phase.  Making note that this is our last day to clean the house out starting items will be at the 75% Off Price, the Items that will be Outside in our Tented area will be a $1 each or fill a bag for $5.  As a reminder Monday the 26th of August we will open from 9am ~ 4pm.  We have sold many of our High End pieces of jewelry and still have a few left and as a reminder an appointment is how you will be able to view the pieces.  Thanking you in advance for all your patience and attendance at our sale.

Final Phase continues with our estate sale this week in the liquidation of an estate of a long-time dealer who relocated to Corpus Christi from Buffalo, New York.  He owned an Antique Store combined with a Flower Shop.  The selection of items offered at this sale exceeds items seen in standard estate sales.  Pieces quite rare and one of a kind not readily found in one location.  Please note that because of the high-end pieces and the packed home we will be letting in ten at a time we thank you in advance for your patience.  In addition, we will be handing out information for the sale regarding various items that will be at discounted prices.

The other item needing notation is that the high-end jewelry viewing and purchasing will be advertised however, an appointment will be necessary starting times for all days will be after the daily sale.  Sign Up sheet will be available at the sale or you can text 361-510-6732 or 361-402-0641.  All high-end pieces will come with a written appraisal when purchased.
