ALL SALES ARE FINAL, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT OURS TO KNOW IF AN ITEM WORKS, CHECK YOUR ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS
Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $25 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $50), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.
ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise.
We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.
We check for counterfeit bills!
No over sized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
Often we sell used furniture, if it has been repaired or has surface damage remember it is being sold "AS IS". It is your responsibility to check your items prior to purchasing them.
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU PAY! IF WE HOLD AN ITEM FOR YOU AT CHECK OUT IT IS CONSIDERED SOLD.

We will be implementing some changes so that everyone will be safe and still have fun shopping. Please understand this is all new for us so too your patience is really appreciated!

1. Please do not attend if you have a fever or cough 

2. Please wear a face covering or mask , this is mandatory to shop in our sales (we are keeping you safe by wearing a mask so you do the same for others, thank you!)

3. We will be entering this sale through the back door ( at this sale) and exiting through the front. There will be a limited number of people allowed inside at any given time and please use common sense when social distancing yourself from others. Suggested areas will be marked off to help with the 6 ft social distancing. If you are with your spouse or friend then you can stand with them

4. we will have hand sanitizer available at the entrance and the exit and also a place for you to wash your hands inside

5. NO restrooms, NO exceptions, sorry

6. We have missed you all but hugs and chats will be a "no go" at this sale since we will be trying to focus on the needs of the   customers.
