Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $15 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $20), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, PLEASE SHOW UP WITH THE PROPER HELP, WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN MOVING HEAVY FURNITURE, NO EXCEPTIONS!. However I am happy to provide movers phone numbers for you.
Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale.

We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.

We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.

This is an unusual sale ( Not full of stuffy but pretty antiques) but with a large collection of coins, ( not on property until the morning of the sale!) two motorcycles, nice tools, fishing equipment, furniture, appliances, electronics, many new in boxes, Men's large size clothing 3X to 5 X, jewelry, full kitchen, full garage and full house!
SORRY, WE DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT ITEMS IN THE SALE. THERE JUST ISN'T ENOUGH TIME AND WE CAN'T REMEMBER EVERY PRICE. JUST COME TO THE SALE
