This home is located within The Misty Winds Mobile Park off Ayers, taking the Second or Middle Entrance which is the Gentle Breeze Street. The home will be on your right hand side and is the only home with an awning and is next to the Club House. There is some additional parking at the Club House. As this will be our last sale for the year we would like to thank all of you for viewing our sales, attending our sales, purchasing items and the great referrals. Lucy's Estate Sales

Our last Estate Sale for this year will be in the Misty Winds Mobile Park off Ayers in Corpus Christi. This is the Estate of the Blaser Family. Mr. Blaser was a Veteran of the USAF where he served as a Captain and served in the Korean War as a Pilot. Mr. Blaser retired from the Transamerica Occidental Life Insurance Business. He was a long time resident of Corpus.

Although I am not a car dealer we are noting that at this estate sale there will be a vehicle for sale. It is a 2007 Mercury Grand Marquis LS, 70K Miles, 4dr, V8, Leather Interior, clear title asking price is $6,900, this vehicle is in great shape and will be in the carport at the sale. There will NOT be any test driving of the vehicle but will be available for inspection. In addition, the home is up for sale. We hope that you will take the time out to come and shop. The Misty Winds Mobile Park is off of Ayers. When you get to the Misty Winds Mobile Park you want to take the second or middle entrance into the park. The home is actually 202 Gentle Breeze right past the first stop sign and next to the Club House. It is the only home in the park that has an owning and will be on the right hand side. Being as this is a Mobile Home Park the parking will be a little challenging so please be mindful of the neighbors and take extra cautions as you approach the sale.
