Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $20 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $50), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, IF YOU SHOW UP TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT THE PROPER HELP YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND AND WE WILL NOT MOVE THE ITEMS FOR YOU. Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell to unruly customers. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale. If you DO NOT show up to pick up your items before the end of the sale we will NOT return to let you in and a refund will not be given. ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise. We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property.
ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.
We check for counterfeit bills!
No oversized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
We do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
If one of my staff helps you move an item there is a $20 charge.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
Often we sell used furniture, if it has been repaired or has surface damage remember it is being sold "AS IS". It is your responsibility to check your items prior to purchasing them.

Most items will be 50% off today! This sweet home is like stepping back in time. The highlight of the sale is the 1968 Kenmore Country Kitchen Gas stove in beautiful condition. It was purchased after hurricane Celia and all of the original paperwork will come with it. Other items will be antique and vintage handbags, vintage clothing and jewelry plus charming furniture and decor. She has some pretty pink depression glass, cookbooks, vintage glass baskets, fabric and sewing items, full kitchen, table linens and crochet. There is a craft room and garage out back.

This lady was a doll maker so we have a small kiln, finished dolls, doll parts and doll clothing etc.

There is a small chest freezer and frig, newer washer and dryer .

This lady really loved and cared for her things.

We will also have newer handbags and fine jewelry that the niece is adding to the sale.

Due to a lack of time we do not answer questions regarding items in the sale. We are making an exception to inquiries on the stove ONLY.
