This sale will be Cash as well as, MC/Visa Credit Cards and Debit Cards with matching valid I.D., and a minimum purchase of $25. We are not equipped to load furniture as there are large pieces of furniture in this sale please remember to bring help when purchasing items or when you schedule pick up time. Hi Everyone,

Well it would appear that all of Corpus is trying desperately to keep up with the horrid heat.  So that having been said our AC at the building has gone out and we will have our AC Company working on it to get it going good again.  As we are concerned for our customers “Lucy’s Family” we are postponing our sale originally scheduled for this weekend until the building is comfortable.  We hope this has not inconvenienced anyone and that you will enjoy your weekend.  Please take care and drink lots of water…………

Thank you for coming out to our estate sale last couple of weekends it was great and truly awesome to see everyone.  Our Estate Sale this week will be featuring items from various estates still available for purchase.  The sale will be located at our Flour Bluff location on Waldron Road, across from the baseball field.  This will be our Quarterly Estate Off-Site Sale.
