Here is the part we hate to have to spell out, however it is necessary:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY, NOT OURS TO KNOW IF AN ITEM WORKS, CHECK YOUR ITEMS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS
Cash & pre approved checks and credit cards ( purchase price must be $20 or over for credit card purchases) (local checks must be for purchases over $50), WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, IF YOU SHOW UP TO PICK UP YOUR FURNITURE WITHOUT THE PROPER HELP YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REFUND AND WE WILL NOT MOVE THE ITEMS FOR YOU. Please be polite and courteous to other shoppers as well as our staff. We reserve the right to refuse to sell. Items left behind are not saved until the next sale. If you leave an item behind please do not call and ask us to bring it to the next sale. If you DO NOT show up to pick up your items before the end of the sale we will NOT return to let you in and a refund will not be given. ALL sales are final, it is up to you to check your merchandise. We do not answer emails about prices, due to lack of time.
We are NOT responsible for accidents inside or outside on this property. ANYONE caught stealing will be reported to the police.
If you disrupt the sale the police will be called to assist you off of the property.
Bring boxes with you if possible as we are limited on space to keep them to pack items in. No oversized bags or purses are allowed. We reserve the right to check bags at our check out counter.
we do NOT provide a moving service but we can provide you with numbers of local movers that you can pay to have your furniture moved.
If one of my staff helps you move an item, it is a $20 charge.
Any descriptions placed on the picture section of this sale are purely descriptive, For instance chairs with pillow featured do not necessarily meant that the pillows are included. China pictured on tables does not mean that the china is included with the table.
If furniture has been repaired or has surface damage it is being sold "AS IS".
INSPECT YOUR MERCHANDISE BEFORE YOU PAY! IF WE HOLD AN ITEM FOR YOU AT CHECK OUT IT IS CONSIDERED SOLD, IF YOU DECIDE TO PUT ITEMS BACK THEN ALL YOUR ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED BACK FOR SALE.

Saturday most items will be half price. We have changed this to a two day sale due to the fact that we have a lot of great items to clear out! We have two pretty blue leather sofas, bedroom furniture, Pipe Creations table and chairs, dining table and chairs, Chico's clothing mostly sizes 2 & 3, vintage metal patio furniture, china, nice selection mechanics tools, vintage rock and roll lp's and a large Antique railroad bell, plus lots of new boxed misc items. There is also vintage X-mas, jewelry, vintage metal patio furniture, men's clothing size large ( Notre Dame jackets and Tee Shirts). Fishing equipment and so much more that you don;t see in the pictures.
