This is a cash only sale. Must load all purchases yourself and all items are to be removed by the end of the sale. Not responsible for accidents or damage after sale. Items are sold in as-is condition; no refunds or returns. Items not removed by end of sale will be donated. The house is very full. Children under the age of five must be carried. No large bags allowed inside home. Items will be for sale in garage and inside the home.
