Sales Tax will be added to final sales price.
Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted.
Items priced at $40.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. If you bid more than 1/2 the marked price, I will call you Friday night for you to pick the items up on Saturday. If you bid 1/2 or less, I will call you when we close on Saturday.
Prices are firm until Saturday, when everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not be at half off).
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, where is.
- We will not sell early.
- We try to provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case.

Description & Details

This is a great sale that we are doing quickly because the house sold fast!    There is a lot of good stuff including antique & vintage furniture such as a 1950's Duncan Phyfe dining table and chairs with matching Buffett, drop leaf table, a sewing cabinet, an early 1900's display china cabinet, early 1900's oak chest of drawers, an antique child's chair, etc along with nice clean newer furniture such as wing back chairs, love seats etc.   There is a lot of decorative and collectible items.  It is a house full.   The photos are just a Sample of what is available.
