TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- Sales Tax will be added to final sales price.
- Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale.
- Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted.
- Prices are firm until Saturday, when everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not
be at half off).

- Items priced at $40.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids which are opened on the Friday of the sale when we close at 6 pm. If you bid more
than 1/2 the marked price and the highest bidder, then you will be contacted that Friday night of the sale. You will need to pick the items up on
Saturday.

- All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is" and where is.
- Please bring help to carry out large and heavy items purchased. We can assist if at all possible but not a guarantee we will be free to do so .
- We try to provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case.

Description & Details

This estate sale is located in one of Corsicana's various historic home, The McKie Robinson McFerran Home which was designed by preeminent Texas architect, David R. Williams, in 1929.    This was the home of Billie Love McFerran of Corsicana who lived in this home since 1959 and it is her estate which we are presenting.  Billie Love McFerran was the first woman to be registered as a stockbroker in the state of Texas and was active in civic service  organizations as well through her church in Corsicana.    More information and photos will be added so please keep checking back to this posting.    This home is registered as a historic landmark with Corsicana Landmark Commission as well as being registered as part of the Mills Place Historic District.
