Payment is due day of auction. We accept cash credit and debit cards. Prospective Bidders must present a valid driver’s license or photo I.D. to receive bidder card. Upon registration buyers must present a copy of resale certificate or Texas Ag Registration Number or taxes will be charged. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to cover the cost of this sale. All items are sold as is, where is, with no warrants or guarantee, expressed by the auction company or the owners. Not responsible for accidents. Preview of the auction and early registration will be Saturday 5th from 8:30 -9:30 on auction day. Additionally during the Auction we will offer concessions as well as assistance in loading heavy items.
