TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted. Sales Tax will be added to final sales price.

- Nothing will be sold before 10:00 am on the first day of the sale.

- Prices are firm Wednesday through Friday.
You can leave sealed bids on an item priced at $40.00 or more.
The sealed bids are opened at 6 pm on Friday of the sale when we close.
If you bid more than 1/2 the marked price and the highest bidder, then you will be contacted that Friday night of the sale. (If you place a bid that
means you are agreeing to buy that item if you are the winning bidder)

- Saturday, everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not
be at half off).

- You will need to pick the items up by Saturday, the last day of the sale.

- All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is" and where is.

- Please bring help to carry out large and heavy items purchased. We can assist if at all possible but not a guarantee we will be free to do so .

- We try to provide bags or boxes but we RECOMMEND you bring a box just in case.

Our Estates Sales are 4 day sales, Wednesday 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday 10 am to 6 pm, Friday 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 10 am to 6 pm (unless we sale out early so always call around 3 pm).

This antique circa 1900 English Regency dining table has a drop leaf feature at both ends. It has three leaves which in place extend it to 10 ft 10 1/2 ins in length. It is 3 ft and 11 1/2 ins wide and 2 ft 5 ins tall with period correct brass caster wheels

Porcelain three tier centerpiece stand from Portugal. It is 2 ft 3 ins H x 15 ins at the widest point

Antique Georgian Style Sideboard from Story & Triggs of London

Framed oil on board painting by Joseph Henry Sharp (1859 - 1953), signed on lower right. This painting has been in the family's possession since the 1920's. J H Sharp was an American painter who was inspired by Taos, New Mexico after his first visit in 1893. Member of the Taos school of American Western art. He was a founding member of the Taos Society of Artists. The size is 12 ins x 16 ins. This family was involved in Corsicana's early oil history and they traveled a lot to Taos. This was purchased directly from his studio in Taos. The family purchased this painting directly from Sharp's studio in Taos, which would have been the one after the studio in the Luna Chapel. The still life is of hollyhocks from Sharp's garden. This painting has been in owned by the same family since. This painting will not go to 1/2 off, but serious offers will be considered.
