Big Clear Out Sale!  This sale is of an estate that has been stored in a climate controlled facility.    There is far more in this sale that what is shown in the photos!
This is an ONLINE AUCTION .    Each items will be assigned their own individual lot number. You must register to bid for this online auction by click on the blue tab in the information section.  The auction format will open up in a seperate site.   Please read the instructions & terms and conditions.   
 

There will be No Public Viewing.   YOU must REGISTER before you can BID by clicking on the BLUE TAB "the Oak Auctions.hibid.com".

This will be a 7 day Online auction.  The bidding will start May 17 at 6 pm. You will be able to bid anytime through May 24 at 6 pm.   The bidding will start to end at 6 pm (example Lot 1 will end at 6 pm, May 24th).    You can bid multiple times or start off with your highest bid (absentee bid) and it will bid for you.   

 

There will be a designated pick up time as stated in the terms and conditions.
