Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale, which is on Wed. 7/11.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted.
Items priced at $40.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. If you bid more than 1/2 the marked price, I will call you Friday night for you to pick the items up on Saturday. If you bid 1/2 or less, I will call you when we close on Saturday.
Prices are firm until Saturday, when everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price.
All sales are final, and the items are "as is, where is."

We have been asked to help facilitate a move, and so this sale is not technically an estate sale. 

Found in one of the stylish townhouses on Lexington Square, the sale boasts many items, especially things for decorating your home.  Especially if you are interested in contemporary reproductions of classical-style items, this is the sale for you. Come see the bedroom furniture, including beds, headboards, dressers, and chests-of drawers.  In addition, the exotic style of many of the items will create interest in those who decorate with West Indies, animal print, and Empire styles.  Living room and dining room furniture is also available.  

The sale also boasts some major appliances such as a Maytag Regrigerator, washer and dryer, and an Emerson microwave.

This handsome black mirrored chest of drawers would be a wonderful addition to your bedroom, with its clean lines, neutral color scheme, and smart post office-style hardware on the drawers. It has matching pieces as well.Parson's chairs never looked so exotic! The dark color of the legs and the black and white zebra would go with many different color schemes and ecclectic styles of decor.The low, sturdy table shows off a set of cobalt blue canisters.This platform rocker would be a comfy addition to a den or bedroom, and if you don't like the color of the cushions, that is easily changed with smart slip covers or some other strategy!This ottoman looks comfy as well.Here, the nightstand does double duty as a TV stand as well. (The television is for sale as well.)The nice thing about a lamp like this is that you can choose your own shade, and it can go either more traditional, or quirky, or even ultra-modern, depending on how you dress it up.This credenza table could be a sofa table, too, and it comes with a rich, dark finish on its wood. The glass insets help it to look graceful, and the lower shelf affords a place to merchandise some great items bought at this and other Pink Sign Sales!It's a little hard to tell from the photo of it, but this rolling cart is metal and could be equally at home inside the house, displaying items, or on the patio or porch with plants on its shelves.The beautiful decoration in the corners of this mirror make it a must-see!You need a fireplace screen as stylish as this one!It's nice when you can just take a photo of a well-displayed group of items rather than having to merchandise them. There are two different styles of beautiful cream-colored vases, a tall candle stick holder, a vine wreath, and a really interesting display for a profusion of votive candles.The black Maytag refrigerator has in-door water and ice functions.I'm not sure how old this Emerson microwave actually is, but it certainly looks like new and in great shape!This is one of a number of animal print-inspired items that you could buy here to round out a room's theme!This decorative box matches the theme of some other items here at this sale.I hate to tell all of you that my husband refuses to call these fleur de lis... He calls them "floopty-fleurs." No matter what, though, both the animal print and the fluer de lis shape are very stylish at this time!This sale has a 3-d elephant motif, and it's the second sale in a row to have that, so it MUST be good luck. Right? This one is metal with a glazed glass shade.This photo shows the base of the elephant lamp up a bit closer and in finer detail.Is it a leopard or a cheetah? No matter what, you need it in your home!Exotic is the way with a lot of the items at this sale, and this palm tree-inspired metal lamp is no exception.I think of movies like Lawrence of Arabia when I see anything with a camel motif. This beautiful clock would look nice with a more exotic decor or many other styles as well.This beautiful urn is a contemporary reproduction based on a classical style from ancient times. The color is rich and beautiful.Again, this vase is not ancient, but it is a nice reproduction of an ancient Tuscan style.Sorry about the low light in this photo. However, maybe curiosity won't kill the cat, but instead, will bring you to look at this entertainment center.These animal print foot stools continue the exotic theme of the items available at this sale.The cool thing about this clock is that it has a very contemporary flair, but it could also look great with Art Deco-inspired items or with other antiques as well.A photo of the open back of the interesting clock...I wonder if this was the style of lamp referred to when they said, "One if by land; two if by sea!"These three neutral-colored bar stools with comfortable padded and upholstered seats need to be purchased and placed at your breakfast area!This cool clock occasional table would be a "timely" addition to your home!This photo shows both a handsome globe on its own stand as well as another view of the bar stools.Again, this clock is modern, but it is a lovely reproduction of a traditional Empire style.This gorgeous carved end table would be great with antiques or modern furnishings. If Nate Berkus is right, then eclectic decor is the best doecor, so come buy this table for your den or living room!This photo shows a close-up of the beautiful carving on the end table pictured previously.The chest of drawers here matches a set of bedroom furniture available here.Do you need a computer cabinet?I don't have a note on the brand of the washer or the dryer, but they are both available here. In the interest of full disclosure, they are both "well-used," but they are definitely in working order.The washer and dryer are both available.Do you need a craftsman-style bed? This one is painted green and then has the more natural finish on the wood.The iron headboard is just screaming out for a room and some rich fabrics on the bed!This purple child's bike is about the right size for a 5 to 10-year-old, depending on weight and height. The brand is "Next," and it is purple
