This is an 'in person tag sale' . It will not be one of our online auctions. There will be no early sales before the actual stated sale dates.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted through Square
Sales Tax will be added to final sales price.
Our prices are firm Thursday and Friday. You may leave sealed bid(s) at check out table on Thursday and Friday on an item priced at $60.00 or higher but they must be at least $ 1 over 1/2. We open up the bids after we close on Friday and notify the highest bidder and those items are then sold to the highest sealed bid provided. Any item that is not going to be 1/2 off on Saturday, a person may provide a serious offer through each day the sale is open and those well be considered at the end of the last day.
Again, the Prices are firm Thursday and Friday with Saturday being 1/2 of remaining items (unless that item is stated that it will not go to 1/2 off on Saturday)
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, where is.
- We try to provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case.

Another sale of unique items brought to you by Capitol Sales Services.  This will be an in person 'tag' sale.This is a nice quality sale mostly consisting of two family estates.   This sale is being conducted in a bespoke designed and crafted office building owned by one of these families.  It was designed to blend in with other homes in the area of 1900s through 1920s with an influence of Carmel, California.    But do not let the term 'office building' deceive you, there are some wonderful unique items for any home.    They decided downsize their operation and let go of some of the quality home furnishings & decor which was acquired over decades of travel.     They once owned successful travel agency here in town.      Another family estate consists of the jewelry and the sterling silver.   These items come from a woman who was born and raised in California and who had lived at one point in Venezuela.  We already conducted an online auction this past Spring of her Southwestern silver jewelry but we are now offering some of her other jewelry in this sale. 

There is antique furniture, sterling silver items, jewelry, Llardro porcelain, Royal Doulton Character 'Toby' Mugs,  1950s Marklin Toy Trains,  Nautical themed items and more.
