This is an 'in-person tag sale' . It will not be one of our online auctions.
There will be no early sales before the actual stated sale dates.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted through Square
WE WILL NOT TO SALES OVER THE PHONE...You must send an email to let us know what you are interested in. There are no early sales and we will be busy right after we open. When we have time we will contact you. Payments will be processed through Square Payment Link which would be emailed to you. You will pay a handling fee to have the item dropped off at a 3rd party shipper which would happen on the following Tuesday, November 26th. You will pay the 3rd party shipper to have it packed and shipped to you.
Sales Tax will be added to final sales price. A copy of tax exemption will be required for those who are resellers.
You may leave sealed bids in person at check out table on Thursday and Friday on Items priced at $60.00 or higher but they must be at least $ 1 over 1/2. We open up the bids after we close on Friday and notify the highest bidder. There maybe some selected items which will not go to 1/2 off but serious offers will be considered. Those items will be marked that they will not go to 1/2 off.
Prices are firm Thursday and Friday with Saturday being 1/2 of remaining items (unless that item is stated will not go to 1/2 off on Saturday)
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, where is.
- We try to provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case.

ANOTHER GREAT ESTATE SALE BROUGHT TO YOU BY CAPITOL SALES SERVICES
This is a nice estate of a local couple who worked hard running a local business for decades while raising their family. After they retired, they built their custom dream home to suit their tastes and comfort. The home has many nice things they brought over from their previous historic 1920s home and items which they purchased for their custom built home. We are still working on getting this sale ready so please be aware we may not be able to answer questions about prices at this time. The photos provided do not show all the items available in this sale.
