3. Items priced at $60.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. The bid should be more than half of the marked price. You will be called the night before the last day of sale for you to pick the items up the following day.
4. All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, no refunds or exchanges will be given.
5. Please bring help when loading heavy objects we are not responsible for loading items.
