Vintage and Antiques Moving and Downsizing Sale!

We prefer cash! However we will accept a credit or debit card with a minimum $20 sale, but will charge a 5% convenience fee to the total. We will also accept PayPal but you will need to use the friends and family option so we do not pay a fee.

No public restrooms.

THIS IS AN ADULT ONLY SALE! NO CHILDREN WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME DUE TO CLOSE QUARTERS AND BREAKABLE ITEMS! PLEASE LEAVE YOUR CHILDREN AT HOME AS WE DO NOT OFFER BABYSITTING SERVICES WHILE YOU GO IN.

We may have to limit the number of shoppers who enter the home. This is up to our discretion.

Since we are living in the home please be aware some items will be marked NFS. If a closet, cabinet door or room is closed DO NOT open and look at the items in there, as they are not for sale! We will do our best to have these marked and if you are unsure just ask!

Unfortunately if we are busy we can't help load items so please bring help. If we are slow we may be able to accommodate you , it is up to the person available and their ability to lift.

Please no large purses or oversized tote bags.

We do have a limited supply of paper or bubble wrap to wrap breakables and grocery bags. If you have your own please bring them so our limited supply can be saved for someone who doesn't have packing supplies.

If you put an item in the hold area it is considered sold! If you are unsure if you want an item please do not place it in the hold area! If you want a piece of furniture please ask us for a sold tag. However once it is placed as sold you bought it!

We can accommodate pickups for next week, please coordinate with Tammi.

Please note that the first day is full price day, we have priced the items to sell so please respect that. Saturday will be 50% off day. If you are interested in doing a cleanout of the sale items on Sunday, please talk to Tammi.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE MANY UNEVEN SURFACES IN THE BACKYARD, INCLUDING A TRICKY SMALL STEP IN THE BACK HALLWAY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR STEPS AND SURROUNDINGS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS.
