Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted.
Items priced at $40.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. If you bid more than 1/2 the marked price, I will call you Friday night for you to pick the items up on Saturday. If you bid 1/2 or less, I will call you when we close on Saturday.
Prices are firm until Saturday, when everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not be at half off).
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, where is."
If you can catch us you may come in early and pre-view what we have to sell before the day of the sale. We will not sell early.

This is a moving sale of Dr James and Carolyn Price, who have lived in this home for 46 years. There is extremely nice furniture and great small items. More information and photos are coming soon. This sale is being set up quickly and do to the hustle, we request previewing to be on the Tuesday, the day before the sale starts.
