Sales Tax will be added to final sales price.
Nothing will be sold before 10:00 on the first day of the sale.
Cash, approved check, or major credit cards accepted.
Items priced at $40.00 or more may be bid on with sealed bids. If you bid more than 1/2 the marked price, I will call you Friday night for you to pick the items up on Saturday. If you bid 1/2 or less, I will call you when we close on Saturday.
Prices are firm until Saturday, when everything left will be offered at 1/2 the marked price, (unless marked on the item that a particular item will not be at half off).
All sales are final, and the items are sold "as is, where is."
Preview will be the day before the Sale starts. We will not sell early.
We try to provide bags or boxes but we recommend you bring a box just in case.

Description & Details

This is our second sale of 2015 and it will be a big one.   We are liquidating home and office contents for a local man who wants more space in his building.   Basically these are items that came from his home outside of Boston, Massachusetts.    There are some very unique items and we will be working hard to get this ready so previewing will not be available until the day before the sale, TUESDAY the 27th.   More information will be coming as we set this massive sale up.
