Prices will not be quoted prior or during the sale.
CASH ONLY we will hold purchases with a deposit. Tax will be charged on your purchases. If you have a Tax Id Please bring
it, if we don't already have you on file.
Please don't ask for discounts the first day. As always you are welcome to leave a reasonable offer on anything.
All items are SOLD AS IS
Be prepared to load your purchases, if you need to arrange for additional help, or to come back another day we can set a time for you to pick up your items. All items need to be picked up by closing on the last day.
Boxes and paper always welcome.

No personal bags or large purses will be allowed.
You are always welcome to leave a bid/offer for any item or items. All offers will be considered.
Everything MUST go by last day. Be prepared to load your purchases there will be no one to help from our end on this sale. Time permitted,
