Terms

We accept cash and credit cards with valid photo ID. A small convenience fee will be included for use of credit cards. For large pieces of furniture, bring help. You are responsible for moving large items. Not responsible for accidents or injuries. All items sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. All purchases must be picked up before the end of sale at 4PM on the last day of the sale. Second day of sale is 25% off, last day is 50% off all items. Saturday, after 3PM, we will close for 10 minutes and then everything is 75% off. Taking bids on items over $50. Valuables will be removed from sale site each day. Children are allowed, but must stay close to adults. You break it, you buy it. No large purses, backpacks, or bags allowed.
